Last year, Devon bear crawled 26 miles in 20 hours and 48 minutes to raise hundreds of thousands of dollars for FitOps foundation, a non profit organization that helps veterans build fitness careers as personal trainers, coaches etc. Devon shares how that experience changed his life and how he's now dedicated to spreading awareness about mental health.
